I solved it using Lan drive on the GTX and Kodi as client

After clearing its user data and cache, the old GTLauncher starts normally, but it continues to crash when I try to configure it, either by pressing the custom button on the remote or by clicking on the palette.

It happened because I had uninstalled an app without first removing it from the whitelist of the launcher in question, which crashed when it couldn't find it. I simply reinstalled it, removed it from the list, and then uninstalled it again. In the end, it really is a bug, as I thought.
