Icam Settings

here are the Icam settings as ipk
    you don't have to set anything, the bouquets are simply added at the end
    Install ipk, reload the settings yourself
    the bouquets should be there soon

-add new channels NatGeo HD -> Sky Documentaries HD
-Nat Geo Wild HD -> Sky Nature HD
-update dvbapi
-add sky icam caid 098D and srvid
