Solved a bug that would crash the program when drag dropping a channel without an icon in the channel editor.

06/05/2022 : version 2.2.4 available

-Channel Editor : When dragging a channel near the top or the bottom of the bouquet's channel list it will auto scroll the list to let you select where you want to drop.
-Channel Editor : If a channel icon can't be found using the channel's name and if the channel name is like "channel hd" it will do a second try using only "channel".
