Biss decoder information

Good evening everyone, sorry, I'm not sure where to write.
I'm a GT Media decoder user, but their BISS key server has been down for some time now.
Can you recommend another decoder with this type of functionality, please?
Before purchasing, I'd like some more information. I've read about Tiger and Viark Sat 4K.
If so, are their BISS servers free?
Do I need to make any changes?

PS: I'm trying to get back into this world, especially the satellite feeds, time permitting.
