gtmedia V7pro burning firmware problem

when opening the gtmedia v7v8 refresh tool，an error notice displays runtime error!

how do solve this problem?

the error has gone after replaced the USB-TTL cable to RS232 cable.

However, when click the OK button, text "please restart box!" then I resarted the STB. It had no response.
Can anybody HELP do an analysis of this problem?
