Re: gtmedia V7pro burning firmware problem
the error has gone after replaced the USB-TTL cable to RS232 cable.
However, when click the OK button, text "please restart box!" then I resarted the STB. It had no response.
Can anybody HELP do an analysis of this problem?

Re: gtmedia V7pro burning firmware problem
Check what com port your UBB to RS232 is in.
Look in the windows devices.
I found this problem that the PC / Laptop allocated a port number above what the tool software had options for.
Try other ports on the PC, like some on the back.
